
CHRISTINE THAMBUSWAMY received her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and her Bachelor of Science degree from St. John's University. She is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York, the Second Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the Eastern District Court of New York. In law school she was a national team competitor for Brooklyn Law School's Moot Court Honor Society and received the New York City Trial Lawyers Alliance Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. Upon graduation from law school, she served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Queens County District Attorney's Office from 2018 until she became associated with our firm in 2025.
At the Queens County District Attorney's Office, she investigated and prosecuted complex and high-profile white collar and violent felony cases in bureaus such as Public Corruption, Frauds, and Felony Trials. She conducted investigations jointly with the Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, NYPD's Financial Crimes Task Force, as well as other government agencies. As a prosecutor she gained substantial litigation experience including hearings, grand jury, felony appeals, motion practice, and trials, including supervising cases for trial. Additionally, Christine has experience directing expert testimonies in forensic accounting, fraud detection and investigation, DNA, and ballistics, including forensic ballistics.
