Recent Executive Orders Concerning Title VI and Title IX in the Educational Setting: This program will include a discussion of recent executive orders and court decisions related to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, including litigation regarding DEI, Harvard University, and the Office for Civil Rights. The panel will discuss the impact of these executive orders on colleges and school districts for school attorneys, administrators, staff, and board members.
